Art & Spirituality: A Winter Series
Winter Watercolour
Slow down. Play with color. Discover the beauty of letting go.
What happens when you set aside expectations and simply let creativity flow?
Join us for a playful, calming exploration of watercolor, ink, and mindfulness, inspired by the quiet beauty of winter.
Through gentle movement, moments of meditation, and intuitive artmaking, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore the unexpected beauty that emerges when ink meets water.
Watch colors swirl, experiment with flowing pigments, and discover the freedom of creating without worrying about getting it "right." This isn't about making a masterpiece. It's about enjoying the process, embracing surprises, and finding a little wonder in the present moment.
No artistic experience needed! Whether you're a seasoned creative or haven't picked up a paintbrush in years, you're welcome here.
What to expect:
- Gentle mindfulness and movement to help you settle in
- Playful exploration of watercolor and ink
- Freedom to experiment, create, and let go of expectations
- A welcoming space for relaxation, reflection, and creative expression
All materials are provided. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to play.
